Welcome to Breathfree3. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Breathfree3 platform and subscription service ("Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Breathfree3 is operated by Breathfree3 ("we", "us", "our"). Our support contact is support@breathfree3.rolandb31.com. We are based in the Netherlands and subject to Dutch and European Union law.
Breathfree3 is an AI-powered sales funnel builder designed to help entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, and small business owners create beautiful, high-converting sales funnels quickly and without technical skills. The Service is provided as a digital subscription product accessible via our website and any associated applications.
Breathfree3 is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Details of available plans, pricing, and included features are displayed on our pricing page. All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required by Dutch law.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on each renewal date.
We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of any price change, by email to your registered address. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the new price.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding after a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate your account.
If you are a consumer within the meaning of Dutch and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of the date your subscription starts (the "cooling-off period"), without giving a reason, in accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
However, if you have expressly requested that the Service begin during the cooling-off period and the Service has been fully performed, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service is fully performed.
For digital content or services that have begun with your explicit consent before the cooling-off period expires, you may lose or have a reduced right to a full refund. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@breathfree3.rolandb31.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear written statement.

All software, templates, designs, text, graphics, and other content forming part of the Breathfree3 platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, host, and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
The Service integrates with third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, and AI functionality. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services. Relevant third parties are identified in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice. If we make a material change that significantly reduces the Service, we will notify you and, where applicable, offer a pro-rated refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific business objectives. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch law.

These limitations do not apply to liability caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be excluded by Dutch or EU law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
